Sent my bed back to another city without even attempting delivery.

Worst experience I have ever had with your East London Balfour Park, I order a bed requested delivery for 28 December. No delivery occurred call your branch only to be told they sent the bed to PE as they had no space?? I attempted to call the store multiple times on day of delivery and was promised call backs that just never happened. Your branch even tried to deliver my bed to my head office in stellenbosh not sure how you company opporates but from the bad reviews you have I can see this is common. I am now moving houses, have no bed to sleep on so thank you.
