Seepmasters poor bed quality

Bought a bed at Seepmasters Parkview, Pretoria East, and the mattress started to.sag within 2 weeks. Went to.report it as soon as I saw it and the manager gave me a whatsapp number to report it , which I did Since then there was not.response till.today. I kept.calling the store manager who.is also not helpful at mall.
