Sleepmasters Phalaborwa Complaint

I am writing this to complain about the bed I bought in 2018. It's a queen size bed Seattle and has springs all over the corners which damages my beddings.

I lodged a complaint within 6 months of purchase but they keep telling me stories. I bought it sleep masters Phalaborwa, I feel helpless as I have a bed eating up my space waiting for collection. Last year 2020 before lockdown I was promised collection which never happened. I went again in July 2020 and I was told things are moving slow due to lockdown.

I was away from home since lockdown since I was pregnant, now I have a baby and the thought of sleeping in an uncomfortable bed with my newborn eats me up. I haven't used this bed for a year now as I was preparing it for collection but I'm now losing hope.

The store manager keeps telling me stories and I'm fed up now. If everything is affected by lockdown why is the store receiving new stock then?.

I am not happy with the service at all. I want my money back or exchange.
