Sealy Cairo 152 cm Base set

Hi Peter<br> <br> I bought this bed 3 month ago (Sealy Cairo 152 cm Base set) at Sleepmasters in Pretoria. within this time frame the base of the bed broke down ,we then went to sleepmasters to advice them about this issue .a Man from the shop (sealy) was dispatched by the shop to my house to check and evaluate the bed. after a week since we reported this issue . <br> <br> the fallowing week we went to the shop....mind you ..they never called me to update me , i am the one who has been contacting this shop and i also contacted the factory ,this is how bad the service is ..and i have been sleeping on the floor for 4 week now this coming week it will be a month .<br> <br> we went to the shop but the shop manager said that they don't know what to do and that they will not give us another bed as we requested since we bought the bed as a set ,we are not willing to just change the base. since they didnt have another base that could fit and support the bed we have . <br> <br> since we went to the shop till today, we are sleeping on the floor when we bought a bed for R7000 Cash.<br> <br> please assist peter . if they cant give us a new bed then we want our money refunded . <br> <br> thank you peter
