Sales team not honest and false advertising

Sleepmasters was running a promotion in December I went there at KG mall I bought a Sealy Bailey Queen bed and the promotion said you get a gift of a throw and pillows. They told me the gifts are not in the shop since the promotion has just started they will send my gift . Salesperson was Bheki now the promotion is finished and there are no gifts and the bed was supposed to be delivered from the warehouse not from the shop. False advertising and their sales team with little information on promotion.
