rude and poor sales and customer service

We wanted to buy a bed on the 27th of December 2018. we went to the sleepmaster in Landros Mare Polokwane. We saw a suitable bed on display and asked the manager if this bed was in stock. She rep**** yes they do have it in stock we paid R6000 and was informed that we need to arrange delivery ourself. We went to arrange transport, when we returned we noticed the bed on display was gone. We noticed that the bed the manager wanted to give us wasn't wrapped in a professional way. I confronted the manager who became aggressive and rude, We already paid for the delivery and the delivery man wanted to add additional cost due to the time we spend trying to sort out the issue. we ended up paying R1000 more as the display bed might have let to hygiene problems. please assist ( Manager name is Julia
