I liked a bed on Instagram and enquired was told to check my nearest branch which happened to be Bambanani mall in Diepsloot I bought 2 beds for me and my son, I never noticed anything in the first weeks but I would wake up in pain, I realised that I sleep on springs.Because Diepsloot is far from my place I delayed to go in to log a case as they suggested over the phone when I complained on the second month, I finally logged the case on the 24th Jan 2021.Iv been calling them with no concrete way forward. I sleep on springs every night, I feel ****** and disrespected as I bought 2 beds cash for peace but now that has turned into a nightmare. The bed makes so much noise I have to put 2 blankets to lay on otherwise il wake up tired.All of a sudden the Instagram page isn't assisting I regret my decision to support such businesses
