Ridiculous service from sleepmasters

I am really disappointed in the services offered by the sleep master benoni branch.... I requested to cancel my lay bay 4 months ago and every time when I go in store I am told that the supervisor who have to authorize the cancelation is not in store, until yesterday when I received a call that I can come in for the cancelation but to my surprise when I arrive the supervisor or manager told me that she has cashed up already for the day with an attitude mind you the time was 16:40, yet when I asked what time do they close they said at 5.... I am so sick and tiered of traveling to Lake side mall for nothing. I asked them if I can do the cancelation at any nearest sleepmasters and the answer was no. This nonsense must just come to an end coz it seems like i made a wrong move by wanting to buy a bed from sleepmasters. Clearly you are not up for the game
