Ridiculous

Sleepmasters Vangate Mall... The worse my husband purchased a bed from them in March 2025 the 1st night we received the bed sagged, my husband went to report this they've asked him for pics which he has send he went to the store they kept on saying they've reported this, on the 23rd April I took it upon myself to get in contact with their Customer service team ref: SM-EDBL-*** they've asked me to send pics to *** which I did on the same day the response I got from that WhatsApp number is that they have received the pictures I need to dicuss further with the store, again back to Customer care they've advised me that it takes 24hours which my husband will receive a call so that they can do an inspection since the 23rd April till date 5th of May no calls nothing has been received so now we are sleeping on a mattress that is sagging on both sides and it's not evens a 3months since we've purchased this bed it's ****ing ridiculous and they just don't care 1st time Customer will never purchase anything from them again.
