Restonic beds - poor quality beds

I bought a Restonic Nevos Queen size bed set from Sleepmasters in Zeerust after I had back surgery in May 2023, and a few months later the mattress started sinking in on both sides. I logged a complaint during September 2024 and a whatsapp link was send to my phone to post pictures of the sinking sides and the fieldmatt underneath is coming loose. I am still currenty waiting on them to respond to me with regards to this problem and we are already in December 2024, not sleeping at all at night as the bed is worn out (hole) on both sides. I am a very unhappy Sleep Deprivation customer.
