Restonic Bed

The was or still a only online special from which I bought a bed, it came in well wrapped without any sign of damage but the Mattress is damaged, after several attempts to have it exchanged, the issue was referred to Restonic SA who also did not deem fit to provide me with feedback until after calling them. I am just sent back and forth between Restonic and SleepMasters. Horrible SLA.
