Restonic Bali Bed poor quality and poor service from Sleepmasters Woodmead

Bought a Restonic Bali bed on the 25th of Jan 2023 from Sleepmasters in Woodmead. Bed already has springs that can be felt on the side of the mattress. bed makes a noise when turning and the mattress is not firm anymore. Emailed Sleepmasters and Restonic with no reponse. WE WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE URGENTLY. Absolute poor service and communication from both. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable services
