Refusing with my refund!!

I am in a position to open a case against a JD Group Sleepmasters, I had made an online payment of a lame R 900 to their account at the Eastgate Branch online with hopes of being assisted with a laybye for a bed, however when no one bothered to assist me after I had contacted them numerous times that I am not happy that my payment has not been allocated against a bed. I decided upon a refund. To date nobody ever bothers to reply to my emails, I sent them everything they wanted, proof of payment ID copy but to no avail. If this is how low you conduct your business, can people trust you with large online purchases??? I want my R 900 It has been 4 months now!!! ****** - They are worse than Government!
