REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the horrible service regarding my refund, i requested a refund in February at South gate mall and i was told to wait 14 to 21 working days, till this day i have not received my money, i am going to report sleepmasters trust me, i kept following up and i was told your systems crashed and i find this out on the 21st day, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
