Refund not paid

What a pathetic service. I have bought a bed and demanded a refund before the bed could be delivered to me. It's been 3 weeks now and I have not received my refund. I was told this will take about 7 working days but I'm still waiting for my monies. I called and escalated this matter but they don't seem bothered about this. All they know is to dish-out ref numbers
