Refund nightmare.

If you want inner peace please by all means necessary do not buy anything from Sleepmasters. I requested for a refund and I was told by the soshanguve crossing branch that it will take 3 day for them to get a reference number. Now is day 7 and I haven't received the reference number.If they failed to provide me with a reference number,I forsee trouble in getting my money back.
