Refund my money

I bought baseset online in May. When I arrived at home to my surprise the baseset is of poor quality I called the online number to request for a refund I was given a complainr number and was told that it it will collected. This was in May when the bed was delivered and refund requested I've sent from pillar to post until I got a call on the 23June. The lady Shirley said I will get my refund when the driver collect the bed Even today their driver never called. I want my money cos I've bought another bed somewhere else. I will never advise anyone to buy from sleepmasters as their customer service is very ppprttnia is pathetic as I've been making a follow up. The only thing I can get is their auto response from face book messenger. Please I want my money. Clearly they don't know wis customer service. Hellopeter please assist me
