Refund

I bought a bed fro sleepmasters online on the 7th of May when the bed arrived I was not happy with it and requested a refund, they came to collect the bed but haven't give me my refund till today R6999.90. Can someone assist me to get my money back and people should be careful when buying from this ****mers
