Refund

I canceled my order on the 2nd of November. I took my two months bank statement and my ID copy for refund. I waited till the 22nd and still no payment. 22nd till 27th I was complaining online and still no assistants. Today I called the store in Atteridgeville one lady answered i asked about my refund she said she will call me back. And I am still waiting for her call. Can you please help me get my money back.
