Refund

I don't know if my complain is falling on deaf ears or what simple of the matter just send me my refund or cancellation letter or the order cause now its more than a mouth now since I have cancelled that or with no refund everytime I call agents telling me they have escalated the matter up to this day no one calls or say anything everytime I call and ask for manager or supervisor contact they don't have what kind of company operates like this? Now I'm the one suffering without a bed or money please any assist in this matter
