early this year I lay byed a bed from your Alberton branch which was in march and then in july my husband decided to surprise me and bought a new bed went back to request for a refund the lady by the name of Priscilla told me that it would take about a month for a refund to be processed i was fine with it ...till today i have not received my refund every time i make a follow up with her she tells me that it is being processed and when i called the head office they told me that they are not picking up my details and i'm being sent from pillar to post this is very bad 2months for a refund and even the head office ladies they just hang up the phone whilst you are talking to them......
