My Name is Thulisile Mathabathe I am writing this email to you for you to help me with the refund from SleepMasters where I bought base and Mattress. I was working As an intern in a an insurance company and the contract ended in July i was paying them every month and it was deducted from my account. I submitted everything that they asked me to submit including the Uif forms and my bank statement. They've send me the insurance claim form which I filled and attached the supporting documents.

To my suprised this last month they deducted money after i submitted everything. Please helpme to get my money back.
