**** quality
My mother who is a pension used her SASSA money to laybe a Edblo bed at sleepmaster Protea Gardens When she finished to pay off her laybye she went to collect the bed only to be that the bed she wanted , its not available ,she was told she can exchange the bed to another brand restonic a foam mattress she gladly accepted as she was told it's the same quality and same amount and she was booked to do heart operations so she needed the bed urgently as she will need a new comfortable bed after her operations.
Only to find out that the bed it's a hard foam mattress and very uncomfortable ,she went back to the store to complain and she was told that it's still new it will get better cause it's a foam,to this day the bed it's uncomfortable & hard. I also tried to sleep on the bed the past week it's hard and very uncomfortable even the floor it's comfortable compare to that bed, the mattress it's hard I contact their complaint department today I was told the supplier doesn't not allow Exchange based on comfort preferences .
So does this response mean that the pensioner wasted her money on a useless bed as we speak she sleeps on the couch,is it fair.one can't sleep on that thing it's hard.sleepmaster staff members must try their product 1st before recommending it to their client. This is day light ******* on the elderly person money
