Putrid Service from Sleepmaster Eerste River branch
<p>On the 27th of September i visited the Sleepmaster Eerste River branch, bought mattress cash and i was informed that an order will need to be placed as there was no stock in store. I was told that it will take approximately 2 weeks for the mattress to be delivered. After numerious telephone calls and visits to the branch, i was told that the matress was on its way from Johannesburg. There was no communication from the branch whatsoever informing me about the status. </p> <p>I visited the branch on Thursday, 20.10.2016, and spoke to the manager who is very arrogant and has an attitude. He advised that the truck had arrived from Johannesburg but do not know the whereabouts of the stock. </p> <p>On Friday, 21.10.2016, the manager contacted me and advised that the mattress has arrived and a delivery fee of R350 has to be paid before delivery could take place. I refused to pay that amount as the place of delivery is around the corner from the branch. They once again contacted me and informed me that they got hold of a driver to deliver at R150 and once again i refused. They then contacted me to say they have a other driver who charges R100. I then accepted that offer and all of a sudden the driver was not available.</p> <p>Saturday morning, they contacted me and advised that unfortunately delivery will not take place as the driver said it is raining and do not deliver when raining. A few minutes later, they contacted me again and advised an other driver will deliver in the rain at R150 delivery fee.</p> <p>I contacted them again this morning, and told them i would like to cancel my order and i was informed that i will have to wait for MY CASH MONEY for 3 weeks before it is refunded.</p> <p>This is totally unacceptable, i will never advise anyone to purchase at that branch and if this matter is not resolved as soon as possible i will take this matter further. I will also cancel my order and want my money refunded.</p> <p>Please send your staff for customer service training as they have no idea how to work with clients.</p> <p>I would never want to do business with this branch ever again!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
