Purchased goods not received

I paid off my layby of a bed and two headboards at the Hazyview branch (bluehaze mall) on 13/12/2024 and to date I have not received my delivery. When I made my last payment I was advised I would receive my delivery within 5 days. 5 days have passed and I have not received any communication from sleepmasters regarding my delivery although I would constantly receive communication regarding payments which I had to pay prior to making full payment without fail. I am so disappointed in the service. Should you not be able to deliver the goods purchased before the 24th December 2024 kindly refund me my money as you have broken your end of the agreement and I will take my money elsewhere.
