Possible ***** and Poor service

Sleep master in Kimberley Kimpark Centre is terrible I bought a be on Black Friday special and to date three weeks ago I still didn't receive my bed and mattress protector. I paid for the delivery also and is expected to. Meet the delivery elsewhere not by the delivery address. Your service is really bad, this is unacceptable. The sales lady keeps on calling me lying that her manager is busy arranging for the delivery. It seems that I was ****** of my money there is no Stork and flase items where sold. Or my money has been ****** as no items has been delivered. I need my money refund with my petrol cost as I travel from Strydenburg to Kimberley to go buy that bed at sleep master because of the black friday special.

I need my items to be delivered or I will open a case of ***** against Sleep master. Your service is really unacceptable.
