Poor/Non service

There is no customer service at all from the clearwater branch. After 2 weeks of begging for my refund due to poor management and customer service i was advised that my documents was never sent to head office. After hours and hours of calling after the branch and head office NO ONE is willing to help you. Quick to take money but always finding excuses when they need to refund. When you call the clearwater branch to complain you get laughed at. I will NEVER recommend Sleepmasters to anyone after they 3weeks of hell i had to endure and up to date my refund is still not processed and they have all the relevant documentation.
