Poorest service of them all

I'm writing this complaint with a heavy heart, I bought a restonic bazaruto base and mattress in November 2023, and the bed started giving me funny sounds few weeks later I then went to the shop to report the matter, and they requested that I send videos and pictures of the bed, I did as instructed, i then waited for them to respond and there was no response non whatsoever I went back to the shop and they assured me that they reported the matter but still waiting for the head office to respond, well after few days the lady called Thandi forwarded a message with my reference number meaning she has reported, I waited for their call until I decided to call them towards the end of February, and they promised to get back to me, but they didn't, the 1st week of March I called again, the guy called Cornelius **** that they have been trying to call me and he requested the videos and pictures again, I sent immediately, and there was no response, I then contacted restonic office and the lady called Claudine said someone will call me and they didn't, I called again still and they were not at work, today I received a call from Claudine asking for pictures and videos, for the 4th time sending the same thing, sleep masters and restonic are playing mind games with me, their service is very very poor, I would never recommend them to anyone, I regret everyday when I lay in that faulty bed of them.
