Poor service....so annoyed

I bought the bed at Sleepmaster in Kempton square and a damaged bed was delivered, phoned them and they did exchange, however they again delivered damaged mattress and i called them again. Today i received an sms that says they unfortunately cannot exchange it as it considered not factory fault. I'm sitting with a damaged bed (Restonic)in my home
