Poor service sleepmasters

Poor poor service from sleepmasters Ballito and head office, I purchased a bed from them and i was not happy with the comfort on it, so I called the store and spoke to the sales person I purchased it from, she was very rude and said to me that she can't help me cause I tested the bed at the store before I purchased it, I said to her please can I have the head office number if she can't help me, she said to be that she does not have it and that I must go on Google to find it, this was next day after the bed was delivered, when I called the head office I a three way call was made to the store and I said what I was told, the manager of the store told me to come in, so I took time of work and visited the store, when I got there I said to the manager that I did not want to go to the head office, she said to me that she is not worried about the head office and showed me other beds of which I was not interested, I then said to her that I with like a refund, she insisted that i bring my wife and come in, because the sales person knows my wife, even though I was the one who purchased the bed, so i was upset but tye next day I told my wife there, again taking time of work, she asked them for a refund, refund documents was done, till date bed has not being pickup and refused is not processed, I called the head office so many times still no joy, even called the Store, no help from them, just attitude, they are not living up to the return policy of 14days........
