Poor Service Sleepmasters

Good day

I placed an order in September with sleep masters for an headboard and storage base. They advised me that delivery on the 30th of September, 3rd October, 6th October, I have been calling, messaging on their website. They say they have logged it. what do you mean logged ??? when i questioned them regarding my delivery, I am still waiting and no one can give me a clear answer as to what's going on. Really disappointed with what poor service I am receiving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
