Poor service, poor mattress

My wife had the worst experience with Sleepmastera in Matatiele. She laybyed a double bed, a day after paying the full amount she was told the bed is sold out. She had to add more money to buy another bed with a foam mattress. That was a disaster, the bed was delivered bht the matress was as hars as a rock. We could not sleep on it bcoz it was too hard. We called Sleepmasters and the manager told us tmshe cannot exchange it bcoz they have run out of stock. We had to hire a van tk take the bed back to sleepmasters in Matatiele and had to add more money to buy a queen bed with a seally mattress. The manager tbere had a stinkibg attitude and she could not help us in anyway. She is a disaster in that shop.
