Poor service Ever

What a poor service!!! Laybye was opened at Marapyane and 2 months ago i made an EFT payment, to date nothing has been updated. Calling, sending emails etc with no luck and the worst when i went to 1 if the branches with POP, I was told that my email shows as hugh risk, they cannot see anything, i need to print iut ny pop and submit again.
