POOR SERVICE

On 16 June 2023 I purchased a Serta Athena base set,on 26 October 2023 I noticed that pillow top has shifted. I went to the store where I spoke to to the manager and showed her pics of the mattress. She responded by stating that it's a factory fault and proceeded to take my details and said that I will be contacted between 7 - 10 work days. Well that has passed and nothing, poor service, Quick to make a sale but dead slow to honor the warranty when a problem arises.
