Poor service delivery

I went to buy a king size bed. Paid the bed and it has been 2 weeks now and still waiting for the delivery. They always have an excuse that the factory do not have stock. This is very poor service. If u do not get my bed delivered in the next 2 days. I am going to ask for a refund.
