Poor service

I am very irritated by the way this company runs their business. I purchased a bed from them on the 9th of Jan and to date despite all my calls, no one called me regarding the delivery of the bed. This bed is for my mum who is currently sleeping on the floor. I need them to resolve my issue immediately.
