Poor service

I bought 2 beds at Sleep masters Thabong almost ago. I have gone to their offices and complain about the quality of the beds. Both of the beds have broken legs. They kept telling me to come back sometime to get new bed legs. Every time I go there is same excuse everyday. They even tell the manager is not available. Even today they have not attended to my complaints. I don't want to keep the beds anymore. The lady who was helping when I bought the beds is Lerato. I'm very unhappy about their treatment towards me their incompetence.
