Poor service at Sleepmasters - Delft branch

I bought a bed at Sleepmasters the Delft branch and I received my bed on the 31st of December 2022. After they delivered the bed, I noticed a slight dent in the base of the bed. On the 3rd of January 2023, I was at the store (Delft) and notified them. They said they will get back to me and I kept on going to the store with no help. Instead, they gave me a story about logging a call with a rep! I didn't understand but I stayed patient (while not sleeping on the bed). Eventually, someone got back to me and asked for video of the bed via whatsapp. I gladly sent it and no response. I called the store again! and the guys at the Delft mall branch gave me stories as usual till I gave up!!

All I am saying is the service and quality of the product I recieved was not great and I regret purchasing a bed from them.
