Poor service at Sleepmasters beds

I wish I can give them no star. I have placed my order on 11 February 2024 online, on the order it states 10 - 15 Working Days Delivery. It was 15 days on 29 February 2024. On 28 February 2024 I called the call centre, the lady told me that this bed was discontinued and that you will refund me. on the morning of 29 February 2024 at 9:13 someone gave me a call and said that the person at the call centre was wrong and that someone else will contact me in a hour to give me progress on my order. Since that call no one called me yet. So then I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. The lady said the refund will reflect within 48 hours in my bank account. I am now waiting 4 days for a refund. when you call them, there is no answer. be warned when you buy from Sleepmasters. they are quick to take your money, but when it comes to refund you it take days.
