Poor Service and Slow Refund Process

I would not recommend buying from Sleepmasters online if you value your money and time. I received the wrong mattress, and despite reporting it promptly, the issue remains unresolved. The correct item is out of stock, and the refund process has been slow with little communication. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
