Poor service and deceiving customer by selling bad quality products

Kindly assist I made a bed purchase at sleepmaster birchacres mall on the 10.10.2022 hardly a month that bed is making a horrible noise I laid a complain to the store but they not willing to assist telling me to record the noise and send to them I wanted to return the bed to them and get my money back since I lost so much trust on their products and the service I have received during my complain they refuse telling I can't the the factory fault in that case I can't get my money back I spoke to a lady who refuse to give her name.
