Poor Service and bad attitude from manager

<p>I made a lybye of a double bed at Sleepmaster Polokwane in Market or Landros street and I had to cancel the labye due to some personal reasons.I went to the Branch for a cancellation and Refund but I was told by the manager(Joey a Lady) to buy something with the amount as it takes up to three months to get a Refund.I was suprised as i saw on their Internet page that they take up 2 10days for a Refund.It was clear from her that she didnt wanna Refund me.I refused and she told me to bring a bank statement and my Id Copy so that they can send the money via EFT.I did that and gave her all the details on the 13th July 2016 and waited for my Refund.I called their Customer care number and spoke to one of the call center agent and she took down my details and told me an email was send to the Area Manager regarding my complain...which was on the 14th July.I received a call on the 22nd July from the call center agent asking if I received my refund,which I didn't recieve still and she said she will do a follow-up and get back to me but she didn't.I called the Branch on the 25th July 2016 to check how far is the process and the Branch Manager told me she only send my paper work on Thursday 21 as she had a problem at the store.That infuriated me as she didn't bother to call and let me know sooner as I am sitting and hoping to get my money back but nothing.I asked for contact details of her Manager and she refused blatantly and said the Area Manager doesn't deal with such.She was rude and dropped the phone in my ear.I called a different branch on ********** 666 in the same area asking for contact details of the Area Manager and the lady also refused to give me the details and dropped the phone on me.I called the Head office and they told me they should have refunded me from the store level as the amount was not more than a Thousand.Now what should I do as these is the worst service I ever received and am so unhappy.I am fedup and Will take these matter futher as I am requesting some legal advise.</p>
