Poor Service!!

I cant believe they proved me right. End of 2023 I ordered a bed and after 10 days, I was told it is out of stock, I requested a refund. End of 2024 I gave them a second chance, I bought a headboard and was told it will be delivered after 3 days, there was no delivery, 8 days later, nothing. and the worst part is that they do not communicate any inconveniences.
