poor service

In June 2020 I purchased an Edblo Milan queen bed online from SleepMasters. the price was R3000-00. during 2021 the bed started becoming uncomfortable. the springs were pushing through and the bed started sinking in the middle. I reported it to Sleepmasters who referred me to BRAVO GROUP sleep products. i was promptly told that the bed was out of warranty and i must pay R700 for the mattress to be replaced. I was further informed that since Bravo Group have discontinued the range i must pay R200 for the base set. although the bed is out of warranty there is an expectation that an Edblo bed would last longer than a year or two ..unless i was sold a second hand bed.
