Poor service

I bought a bed (base and mattress) and an additional mattress. I was informed that delivery would be within 2 days after purchase. I received a confirmation sms of the delivery, all was well. Today I was then called by the delivery guy that he won't be able to deliver as he has noticed that one of my mattresses was damaged. I then asked how that was missed while loading, then he proceeded to tell me he won't be able to deliver stock that was incomplete and that I should probably wait for next year for my delivery (he couldn't even confirm a proper date). Mind you, I'm being informed about this around 15:30 and my delivery was out since 12:00 according to the sms I received. I asked for a number where I can lay my complaint as I was not happy with the service, I was then told to wait, and they will call me back. I was called again around 17: 10 to let me know that they managed to swap the damaged mattress at another store but I wont be getting the extra mattress. How now when it was the mattress that wasn't damaged?????? The call was cut, and I called the delivery guy and all my calls were unanswered. then I get a sms that my order unfortunately won't be delivered today, they will reschedule my delivery and communicate the new delivery date. I get home from work, guess what the bed is delivered without the extra mattress and my brother was informed that they communicated this with me. Oh, and according to my brother who is 33 years of age, the truck didn't have anything in it except the bed that was delivered. I can't fathom the disappoint, considering that I paid the full amount and to get such service is beyond my expectations. Do better because this is unacceptable.
