Poor service

I am very unhappy with the sleepmasters customer service, this morning I called in and spoke to this other lady and she asked me if I was transferred or I called in then when I answered she hang up on me (Natalie), then I called again I spoke to Casandra and then she told ,me she will transfer me then I stayed on the line and also got cut,

I am furious because they did not send me the statement this month and they are not updating my payments on Transunion and that is affecting negatively.
