Poor Service!!!

I purchased a headboard from Sleepmasters at Protea Glen Mall last year November , and I was assured that it would be delivered within a week. However, the headboard was never delivered.On the 25th of January I requested a refund today is the 30th of March and I still haven't received my money, despite numerous follow-ups. You failed to deliver the product, and now I have to fight for my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable!
