Poor service

I'm highly disappointed with the service I've received with sleepmaster (Atteridgeville) I finished paying my layby by 28 December till today the 22 January I'm still waiting, first I got call saying the bed i wanted was out of stock I had to change no problem today I received a call that I should confirm my address which I did but the store had not changed my address as I requested them to at store when I finished paying my layby,called the store this morning and informed them they said they would sort it out.... canceled all my plans for the day before I received a message that my order is out for delivery or for it to never arrive I had to call them at 4:30 with them giving me an excuse meanwhile I waited the whole day for them if I had not called they wouldn't have informed me I'm so disappointed shame
