Poor service

I bought 3 bed from sleepmaster it was delivered on Monday one of the bed didnt have legs i called them the sameday i was then giving a complaint ref number since then i have been calling them with no help i asked to speak to a manger on Wednesday ,Thursday , Friday and today with no luck , on friday i was given the Managers e-mail address which have send the mail the manager didnt respond (manager Louisa ) i explain to all the consultant that my 8 year old Daughter has been sleeping on the floor since Monday their respond it like they dont care.
