Poor refund system

I am so mad that after 2 weeks m still waiting for my refund, that was processed on 26/06/2020, today is 11/07/2020. When i go to the branch they tell me they don’t have any numbers at all for claims department or payment so we can call and track my refund. There needs to be a better way to do things. I bought a product, they gave me stories about paying high delivery, I canceled and asked for my refund. I am now impatiently waiting, and i don’t want to be rude and go make a whoohaa at the store. They were so fast in collecting from my account, but take weeks to pay me back
